Refund Policy

We offer a 3-5 days return policy, which means you can request a return within 3-5 days of purchasing. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unknown or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

In case of the damaged product or size issue

If any of the products are damaged, then Tee Trouser will fully corporate with the customer. The customer will send the product to the company by paying charges to the courier company. After receiving the product, company will investigate it and send the new product to the customer along with paying the shipping charges. In case of faulted product return, the company will refund the product charges by deducting shipping charges.

Exchanges

The fastest way is to make sure you get what you want, return your item, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We'll notify you once we receive and check your refund, and let you know if a refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded amount after the 15% deduction of your actual amount. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post a refund.
